SAGE was founded in 1998 based on love for people and a genuine belief that people are the most important ingredient behind business success.  Our journey started in the hospitality industry  where we combined our deep understanding of the business with our talent expertise and were proudly part of exciting pre-opening projects throughout Asia and the Middle East and collaborated on many guest experience design and mystery guest programs.

Today, SAGE has provided Organizational Development solutions on projects in the public sector and across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including retail, manufacturing and  telecommunications.
